About Me

I am an ADMP registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist and process based Creative Dance Movement Practitioner (MA, PGDip, B.A., Hons). My approach is psychodynamic, and I specialise in working with movement and the body.

I have worked in education, community and clinical settings across Essex, London, Cambridge and Suffolk for twenty years, facilitating 1:1 and group sessions.

My clinical experience supports difficulties which may include emotional dysregulation, suicidal and self-harming behaviours. Trauma, including PTSD, anxiety and depression, psychosis and personality disorder traits.

I work with all people, specialising in the following areas:

  • Adult and Child Oncology
  • Anxiety
  • Aspergers Syndrome
  • Autism
  • Disability
  • Eating Disorders
  • Health-related Issues
  • Mental Health Issues
  • Parents & Carers, including post natal depression, baby and toddler
  • Stress

I facilitate Reflective Spaces to Multi-Disciplinary Teams, supporting dynamics within the workplace. Alongside this, I facilitate Creative Workshops, technical and improvisatory dance/movement sessions. I work in studio or at site specific locations, including dance for film or live performance.
